Scrambled eggs, Honey & Red Wine

For 2 people


  • 4 eggs
  • 20 cl of milk
  • Salt
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons of Honey & Red Wine

Cooking time: 3 mn

Total duration: 13 mn

  1. Beat the eggs in an omelette. Add the milk and mix. Salt.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan on low heat
  3. Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and slightly increase the temperature.
  4. With a wooden spoon mix when cooking in order to get scrambled eggs. Place the scrambled eggs in a dish.
  5. Coat the omelette with the honey & Red Wine.
  6. Enjoy!
