Honey sugars consist mainly of glucose (18%) and fructose (80%), a duet that is very popular with athletes: the first is a "fast" (fast assimilated) sugar, while the second is "slow".

Royal jelly is composed in part of carbohydrates, proteins and fatty acids, but also vitamins of group B (B3, B5, B8 and B9) to reduce the effects of fatigue.

In order to be to the maximum of its form it is necessary a regular rapid sugars intake during the physical exercise, and especially to think about to hydrate:

  • During the exercise, drink every 15 minutes 150 ml of a drink made up of 50 g of honey in 1 liter of water
  • During recovery breaks, one teaspoon of the honey of your choice
  • Every 3 months, a cure of 30 days, with a spoon of 0.5 g of royal jelly per day.
